Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item in its original packaging, in new condition, within 30 days of your purchase for a complete refund exclusive of shipping costs incurred in returning the product.

Items that are not returned in their original condition will be charged to the purchaser. The liability of Moozikoo for any lost or damaged merchandise is limited to the full purchase price of the product.

Moozikoo processes credit card transactions using Authorize.net or PayPal.com Secured Merchant Services and does not keep any credit card information on file.

Being a registered customer allows you to shop faster, be up to date on the status of an order, and keep track of the orders you have previously made. Also, membership allows customers to receive specific discounts and sales alerts reserved only for “MooMembers” (our sales and discounts are not offered to the general public)
